Do I pay immediately?
No. First we show you your proposed design and the price estimate in CHF. You only pay after you approve both. Payment details are sent after your acceptance.
How can I pay?
After approval, customers can receive a TWINT payment link or Swiss bank transfer instructions using your Swiss IBAN.
Can I order more than one item?
Yes. The quantity field can be used for a small run or multiple pieces. You can price bigger quantities manually in the quote.
Can I send my own picture or idea?
Yes. The customer can attach an inspiration image later in email or message, and explain the exact look in the request form.
